What's for Dinner?
Mmmm I can't remember the exact date when we had this meal but it must be around 2nd week of January. But anyway, at this very moment, I felt a big amount of pride of myself. I prepared this whole meal in just about an hour!
The first pic shows my Pork Chops with Dijon-Caramelized Onion-Herb Sauce. It was actually really good! It was just me and hubby who were at home so eventually we were just the one who got the taste out of these yummy meal.
We also had Lumpia Shanghai but I pre-made them so I can just grab a few of them and toss them to the deep-fryer then whalaaaa! you're up for a nice Asian treat! Eat them with rice and you'll have a dancing tummy with joy :D
I sided them up with Corn Cream, and of course, a dose of desert for our sweet tooth. ;=)
